How Do I Return An Item?

We offer a 14 day Return/Exchange Policy for all purchases. Items must be returned in exact same condition as sent and buyer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the buyer.

All claims of defective, missing or damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days upon receipt of package.
Please repack items in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer service department at 303-295-2082 or email us at sales@selectlines.com and specify the items that you would like to return. Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Mountain time.

2. Our customer service representative will issue a return authorization (RA) number to you. Write the RA number on the invoice and include it with the package.

For your security please return your package(s) with an insured carrier. Select Lines will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We do not charge any restocking fee for return merchandise.

Packages returned due to change of mind or cancellation after the package has shipped are subject to both, the initial shipping and return shipping charge.

Select Lines will not accept any package(s) without the Return Authorization (RA) number.
